Job Purpose: Associate Lead - Digitalisation will be at the helm of Adani's Data Centers digital transformation efforts. This strategic role involves leading the digitalization strategy, evaluating cutting-edge technologies, and driving digital initiatives that enhance data management, operational efficiency, and customer experience. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, define project priorities, and establish KPIs to ensure the effective integration of digital solutions in line with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Digitalization Strategy:
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digitalization strategy and roadmap for Adani's Data Centers.
Technology Evaluation:
Identify and assess digital technologies and solutions to improve data management, operational processes, and customer experiences.
Solution Implementation:
Oversee the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring they integrate smoothly and support organizational objectives.
Project Collaboration:
Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize digitalization projects, using data-driven insights to tackle opportunities and challenges.
KPI Monitoring:
Establish and track KPIs to evaluate digital initiatives' effectiveness and promote ongoing enhancement.
Industry Awareness:
Keep updated on digitalization trends, emerging tech, and best practices to guide strategic decisions and foster innovation.
Change Management:
Advocate for the benefits of digital transformation within the organization, encouraging a culture ready for digital change and effective change management.
Digital mindset:
Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience:
6-10 years of experience in digitalization, data management, and technology implementation within the Data Centers industry.
Demonstrated track record of leading and executing digital transformation projects with tangible business impact.
