The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calling, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. Roles & Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate high-quality leads.- Explain product features, benefits, and offerings in a simple and effective manner.- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.- Maintain and update lead details, call logs, and customer interactions in CRM.- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into appointments or sales.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.- Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and call targets.- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude. Desired Candidate Profile- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or customer service.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred).- Ability to convince and engage customers confidently.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
