Global NOC

• Basic understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools
• Basic knowledge of the OSI model, switching and internet routing technologies
• Experience of network monitoring tools(Solarwinds etc) and protocols (MRTG, RRD, NAGIOS, SNMP)
• Experience of analysing system and network performance using monitoring and graphical data
• Responsible for basic troubleshooting network routers and switches to isolate the trouble and take appropriate action to resolve
• Experience managing and supporting network infrastructures
• Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issues
• Good technical or documentation skills
• Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritisation of workload
• Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources
• Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues
• Ability to work a flexible schedule(24*7)
• Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Atleast Two years Network Operations experience or equitant
• Preference will be given to CCNA certified
• SAP/ERP Alerts Monitoring

Qualifications

Must complete full time bachelor\'s degree.
