Experience working in a
KPO environment
(mandatory).
Able to handle training/mentoring junior team members is a plus.
Excellent written & verbal English communication.
Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving approach.
Experience with research tools, CRMs, and data management systems.
Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and process quality metrics.
Ability to work independently and handle international clients.
Good documentation & reporting skills.
Manage multiple tasks and meet strict turnaround times (TAT).
Handle international client communication via email/chat and calls.
Perform end-to-end process handling, including data research, validation, reporting, and documentation.
Prepare high-quality deliverables as per the client's KPIs and SLAs.
Analyze data trends and generate insights for business improvement.
Maintain 100% data confidentiality and follow compliance guidelines.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
Prepare client presentations and reports using Excel & PowerPoint.
