How will you contribute



Alvarez & Marsal, a premier professional services firm with more than 11,000 professionals globally, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated KM Technology Associate to join our Knowledge Management (KM) team. This role is part of a developing KM team and candidates will work with the US based KPT Senior Manager in supporting tactical and repeatable knowledge management and content work for internal operations, delivering best in class automations in the M365 environment in coordination with the other KM Pillars, and Business Unit driven services. The team specializes in building solutions that sit in SharePoint online via the Power Apps/Automate tools to further the goals of the KM team and Intranet Engagement team.

The KM team is a growing capability that serves all global business at Alvarez & Marsal. The team has resources across the globe and is building a team based in India to support our growing capability set.


As a member of the A&M GESS team, you will:

Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft 365 applications and customized tools, a reporting and analytics tool, and potentially other Knowledge Management related applications. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and consultation for Microsoft 365 Applications, a reporting and analytics tool, and potentially other Knowledge Management related applications. Partner with Knowledge Management subgroups (KM Business Partners and KM Global Intranet and Digital Engagement) and other teams throughout the firm to plan, document, and support solutions and tools. Conduct assessments, consult, gather detailed requirements, and recommend solutions that meet A&M Stakeholders' and technical expectations and needs-- plan and implement recommendations into flexible and scalable solutions within our Knowledge Management ecosystem. Design, develop, and customize SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams sites based on business requirements. Must have experience with automation development using PowerApps and Power Automate. Assist with implementation and support of firm-wide collaboration tools, including but not limited to Analytics, Microsoft Viva/Amplify, and other Knowledge Management related applications. Create, review, and deliver documentation including but not limited to business requirements, timelines, change management, communications, user adoption and training, best practices. Participate in developing internal processes and strategies for building Global KM practices, the KMT team, and various partnerships internally. Demonstrate a willingness to assist with tasks outside immediate essential role requirements to benefit organizational success.

Qualifications


2 - 4 years of experience in: Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with specificity in Power Apps & Power Automate Requirements gathering, Solution implementation and Consulting experience in large-scale environments Proficiency in project coordination, and change management Working in a corporate environment; experience working at a professional service or consultancy firm is highly preferred. Proven experience working with professionals of all experience levels up to C-Level.
