Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and back-of-house operations in line with HACCP and hotel standards. Support smooth kitchen operations by ensuring proper waste segregation, stock of cleaning supplies, and safe handling of chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with culinary and service teams, assisting during peak operations, and uphold safety, sanitation, and brand standards at all times.


QualificationsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team Diplomas/certifications are additional advantage
