Position: Associate / Senior Associate - Visual Design & Content Development

Reporting To: Project Lead / Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview / Key Responsibilities

? Design and develop visual content including:

o Images, illustrations, icons, infographics, and basic animations

o High-quality PowerPoint presentations aligned with branding and communication standards

? Review designs, visuals, and written communication for:

o Accuracy, clarity, grammar, formatting, and consistency

o Alignment with client briefs, branding guidelines, and project objectives

? Incorporate feedback from clients, internal stakeholders, and project leads and make revisions within defined timelines

? Ensure all deliverables meet quality, design, and presentation standards

? Maintain version control and documentation of design changes

? Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and deadlines

? Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and professional conduct

? Support additional creative or content-related tasks as assigned based on project and business needs

The scope of responsibilities may evolve from time to time based on business needs, project requirements, and organizational priorities, and such changes will be communicated accordingly.

Skills & Competencies

? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

? Understanding of visual design principles, layouts, typography, and color usage

? Basic knowledge of image editing and animation concepts

? Attention to detail and quality orientation

? Ability to accept feedback and work on revisions constructively

? Good written communication and proofreading skills

? Time management and ability to meet deadlines

? Willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements

Qualification & Experience

? Graduate or equivalent qualification in Design, Media, Arts, Communications, or a related field

? Entry-level to 2 years of relevant experience

? Experience in client-facing or project-based environments will be an added advantage

Probation & Confirmation

? The employee will be on a probationary period of six (6) months from the date of joining

? Upon successful completion of probation and subject to satisfactory performance, the employee's position will be confirmed in the Company

? During the probation period, employment terms shall be governed by the probation policy of the Company

? All employment terms are subject to the Company's policies, rules, and code of conduct in force from time to time
