Position Overview:

This entry-level role focuses on learning and supporting mortgage loan servicing activities, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards. As a fresher, you will be trained to process mortgage transactions, update loan data, and perform basic data analysis to support the team. You will be responsible for reviewing mortgage documents, ensuring information is correctly entered into servicing systems, and identifying patterns or issues in loan servicing

Key Responsibilities:

Process transactions on the basis of SLA and SOP

Conduct advanced data analysis on loan level, research and identify issues and patterns in the servicing.

Review and organize mortgage documents, loan data and update servicing systems with the accurate information

Assist with/perform other team tasks as the need arises and accurately interpret and compile

information from a variety of sources and systems

Provide efficient and effective servicing with zero compromise on quality and turnaround time

Communicate with the customers and vendors over emails/telephones to provide instructions/feedback and service updates.

Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met and maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose.

Ensure that all transactions adhere to all the industry/mortgage regulations and mortgage policies Manage end to end default loan servicing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field is required.

Well versed in written and spoken English communication.

Flexible to work in night shifts.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to carefully review and organize mortgage documents, loan data, and update servicing systems with accurate information.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and vendors, providing instructions, feedback, and service updates.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) to organize, analyze, and present data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
