As an Assistant Manager - Valuation & Advisory, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality real estate advisory services. This position combines project execution and client engagement with opportunities to support business development initiatives. You will be involved in back-end analysis, field activities, and client-related assignments while gaining exposure to various aspects of valuation and advisory services.
About The Role:
Supporting and executing real estate advisory assignments such as research, feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, and financial modeling
Report writing including feasibility reports, market research reports, and presentations
Conducting market surveys, site inspections, and database management of projects, developers, and investors
Engaging in presentation, documentation, and client query handling to ensure smooth project delivery
About You:
Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and report writing
A background in commerce, finance, economics, or statistics
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in valuation, advisory, or real estate consulting
Excellent analytical, execution, and communication skills
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
