Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with over 2 years of post-qualification experience in

statutory audit

,

internal audit

, and

Indian accounting standards

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying internal control improvements.

Key Responsibilities:Statutory Audit:

Conduct statutory audits in accordance with Indian GAAP and applicable regulatory frameworks. Review and verify financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Ensure adherence to relevant accounting and auditing standards (Ind AS, ICAI guidelines, etc.). Coordinate with client finance teams and external auditors to facilitate audit processes.

Internal Audit:

Conduct internal audits across various functions to assess process efficiency and risk mitigation. Develop internal audit plans, risk assessments, and control frameworks. Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance issues. Recommend and follow up on corrective actions for process improvements.

Accounting and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with applicable statutory laws and regulations related to financial reporting. Prepare audit documentation and maintain proper audit trails. Assist in the development of internal controls and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial and operational accuracy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

and

Companies Act, 2013

Hands-on experience in

audit tools

and

ERP systems

(e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple audits/projects under tight deadlines High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) - Qualified from ICAI Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in statutory/internal audits Experience working with audit firms or in an internal audit function in corporates preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
