Job Title : Associate - IWM-Lending



Experience : 1-3 Years



Location : Mumbai



Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor credit conditions for structured lending transactions Track key risk metrics such as NAV, LTV, LGD, liquidity, volatility, and price triggers Perform limit setting and ongoing transaction monitoring Monitor AUM movements and lending value deviations Identify and escalate credit breaches to mitigate balance sheet risk Support loan origination with credit feasibility inputs Maintain and enhance credit monitoring tools and reports Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective credit risk oversight
Requisites
Graduate degree from a reputed institute Strong understanding of credit and lending fundamentals Advanced Excel skills (Macros/VBA preferred) Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred) Experience in credit monitoring or underwriting is an advantage * Strong analytical, ownership, and problem-solving skills
