Act as the primary point of contact for all IT helpdesk queries, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality user support.
Handle hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and configuration across multiple platforms including macOS.
Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle: procurement, tagging, assignment, maintenance, and disposal.
Facilitate asset allocation for new joiners and ensure efficient asset recovery during employee exits.
Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
Organize and track asset movement between locations or departments, maintaining up-to-date inventory records.
Oversee peripheral and secondary IT infrastructure including TVs, speakers, and other media hardware.
Ensure adherence to ITIL practices in daily operations and contribute to continuous process improvement.
The Successful Applicant:
Proficiency in English (written and oral).
Ability to complete tasks on time and collaborate with other departments.
Possesses outstanding communication abilities and is skilled in engaging with stakeholders.
Should possess a strong problem-solving nature.
Must be proficient in data management.
Should demonstrate high integrity and ownership.
3-5 years of experience in IT asset management or IT support roles.
