Key Responsibilities:

Support origination and execution of equity offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, and block trades. Manage private capital raises for high-growth companies across venture, growth equity, and pre-IPO stages. Engage directly with institutional investors, venture capital firms, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and HNI investors. Prepare high-quality marketing materials, including pitch decks, investor presentations, term sheets, and market updates. Coordinate investor outreach, virtual/in-person roadshows, and feedback collection processes. Perform market and investor analysis to guide deal strategy and positioning. Assist issuers in preparing for capital markets transactions, including equity story development and investor targeting. Maintain detailed investor intelligence and contribute to building long-term capital relationships for the firm.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years

of experience in investment banking, ECM, private capital advisory, or investor relations (can consider from Wealth/PMS distribution). Demonstrated knowledge of equity capital markets, including deal structuring, syndication processes, and investor engagement. Experience working on IPOs, SPACs, private placements, or growth capital transactions. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact directly with investors and company executives. Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CA, MBA or CFA preferred.
