- Zonal Manager - Regional Admin ( Zonal ) 1 Branch facility support Provide Admin & facility support to branches for various services such as Housekeeping / Security / Repairs & maintenance / Telephones / Printing & Staionery /branch petty cash / copiers. Keep data of all AMC\'s and ensure timely renewal of AMC\'s thru procurement. Payment of utility bills in time such as Power bills/ Telephone bills. Health & Safety 2 Vendor Mangement Selecting and carrying out required services through the designated vendor. Act as a liason between the company and the vendor / service provider. Services to be acquired at the best possible rates. Ensure receipt and payment of vendor bills in time so that service are not affected. co-ordination with CPPU for receipt of payment. 3 Provisioning Submitting monthly provisioning to HO and maintain necessary records.Necessary 4 MIS and reporting Preparing MIS reports and statutory reports. 5 Compliances Complete legatrix online compliance module in time with100% completion target. Resolve all IAD OFI\'s as per set deadlines. Ensure necessary compliances by service providers. Undertake service reviews with all vendors. Asset coding and verification for all branches .
