The ImpactCollab team is looking to onboard a motivated Associate based in India / Indonesia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in stakeholder and community-facing engagements--including support for managing a community of impact organisations (IOs). The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, and assist in harnessing solutions to mobilise catalytic capital, and report to the Manager, IO Community. The selected candidate will report to the Manager, ImpactCollab.
AVPN recently launched ImpactCollab, aimed at facilitating the identification of trustworthy and impactful impact organisations across Asia, enabling effective philanthropic giving. ImpactCollab will enable cross-border giving through rigorous due diligence, governance standards, and outcome-based funding--empowering funders to deploy capital efficiently and transparently while scaling high-impact solutions aligned with their philanthropic goals. As a trusted resource for private banks, wealth advisers, and new philanthropists across Asia, ImpactCollab champions governance transparency, rigorous due diligence, and outcomes-based funding to make good philanthropy accessible for all.
Responsibilities

Community Building & Stakeholder Engagement
Identify, verify, and onboard impact organisations across Asia.
Foster relationships and facilitate engagement through communications, feedback collection, and collaborative initiatives.
Manage participation and activity on the ImpactCollab platform.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI, and Stata.
Leverage Salesforce and internal systems to support data-driven decision-making and reporting.
Research and Insight Generation
Conduct high-quality desk research on philanthropy, social innovation, and impact investing.
Synthesize findings into concise insights to inform strategy, programs, and partnerships.
Knowledge Product Development
Create compelling presentations, briefs, and reports that translate complex information into actionable insights.
Use storytelling and data visualisation to effectively communicate impact and findings.
Project and Grant Coordination
Support end-to-end project workflows, including cross-border giving, due diligence (KYC/KYB), and compliance processes.
Track progress against project milestones and deliverables.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and project status reports.
Financial Monitoring and Support
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of projects and grants.
Ensure appropriate financial documentation and reporting accuracy in collaboration with internal teams.
Cross-Functional Communication
Support alignment across departments through regular updates, coordination, and collaborative problem-solving.
Learning, Adaptation, and Innovation
Incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders, and support development of new approaches to enhance program design, operations, and community engagement.
Requirements
----------------
A Masters degree in international development, international politics, public policy or similar/ related fields.
2-3 years of experience in building communities of practice/ engagement, and in building knowledge and insights to maximise social impact.
Advanced knowledge of Google Suite to support operations.Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel/Stata/PowerBI etc to clean, analyse, and visualise data. Comfort with quantitative and qualitative data analysis, interpretation and visualisation.
Working knowledge of Salesforce to derive project insights.
Interest in community building, social investment and social impact.
Comfort with working in a highly collaborative, agile, impact-first team setting.
