: Role Overview:

• Position: Senior Software Developer / Lead Developer
• Experience: 5-8 years in enterprise software development
• Education: BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities: * Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) & Component-Based Development:

• Design, develop, and implement object-oriented solutions using Java.
• Apply component-based development practices to ensure that the software is modular, maintainable, and reusable.
• Enterprise Software Development:

• Work on enterprise-grade software solutions, ensuring they meet scalability, performance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate various enterprise components and systems.
• Front-End & Back-End Technologies:

• Back-End: Experience in developing back-end systems using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Kafka for messaging.
• Front-End: Hands-on experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Strong experience working with SQL for relational databases and document-oriented databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience working with JMS (Java Message Service) for message-driven architectures.
• Agile Methodologies:

• Work in Agile software development environments, participating in sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software is delivered on time and meets all user requirements.
• Development Tools & Practices:

• Use of Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE for development.
• Experience with Maven, Nexus, and Git for project management, build processes, and version control.
• Knowledge of using plug-ins and other tools within the IDEs to streamline development and improve efficiency.
• Leadership and Mentoring:

• Lead development efforts for projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, offering support with best practices and code reviews.
• Customer Service & Time Management:

• Customer service-oriented attitude: Understanding client needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
• Strong time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality software on schedule.
• Ensure the software designs are of the highest quality, quality-driven designs to meet customer and business requirements.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience:

• 5-8 years in enterprise software development with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.

• Solid experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and working knowledge of Kafka for messaging.
• Angular experience for front-end development, along with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Experience with both relational and document-oriented databases.
• Skills:

• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills, with a good understanding of design patterns and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile development environments.
• Hands-on with Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE, Maven, Nexus, and Git for development, build, and version control.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
