JOB DESCRIPTION Role Proficiency:Comfortable discussing offerings services and capabilities internally. Demonstrate ability with messaging in the technology / digital transformation space. Display good understanding of digital/inbound and outbound marketing roles and metrics. Outcomes: Constantly monitor and analyze trends across industry domains and technology areas. Perform customer and market research analyzing and interpreting while identifying patterns and solutions specific to Industry domains and technology areas. Perform other duties as assigned or requested? Support the mission vision and culture of the organizationand the UST brandbygeneratingpositive communication in internal and/or external media(andin allsocial media channels). Create visibility fortheuniqueUSTorganizationaland employeeculture as well asrelaying compelling stories about our offerings across the portfolio. Collaborate on designing brandnarratives andstoriesforall types of media from traditional to digital and for all types of influencers including social governmental think-tank and other global thought leaders. Collaborate withUST Globalmarketing teamsand leadership to develop and coordinateadvertising marketing and promotional plansacross the portfolio and for recruiting needs. Manage end to end consistent external communication in line with organizational brandand marketing strategies while creating a detailedtacticalplanand calendarfor amplifyingeach specificcampaign through PR and social media channels. Working with other team members design and implement strategy to grow onlineinfluencerbase andoveralltraffictoUST social media channels providing analytics around effectiveness to management Ensure periodic update of key news on UST social medial channels refine core messaging to ensure consistency in communication across all channels. Track and manage effectivenessand MROIcampaigns. Monitor any UST branding or messaging violations in social media channels Establish reporting dashboard and communicate results weekly including analyses overviews insights and optimization opportunities. Work with teams globally to maintain annual calendars of events campaignsand activities organized. Measures of Outcomes: Prospect list count/growth Adherence to marketing processes Defined productivity standards for project Training/certifications Outputs Expected:Technology & Industry Concepts: Identify and leverage tools and technologies Project Management: Deliver projects/initiatives/campaigns on time on budget and in accordance with requirements. Identify discuss and initiate new processes in consultation with team leads. Provides Executive assistance to CXO Outcomes: Part of a team and an individual contributor to Corporate Services works under supervision. Gather and analyse information and recommend solutions Reporting and MIS Recognize and maintain confidential information May have to travel to other centres as and when required for work Perform any other duties or tasks consistent with the level and position and as directed by the manager Measures of Outcomes: Quality of assistance and service provided Accuracy and speed of execution Coordination and effective communication Accuracy of reporting and MIS Efficiency in execution of tasks Interpersonal Skills Positive Attitude Maintain Confidentiality Outputs Expected: Administrative Tasks: Provide business support to one or more vertical/functions or provide professional and confidential administrative assistance to the Leadership. Coordinate with different teams and support Account/function/leadership in process changes or new process/policy roll out Collect and analyse information on specific business problems and as directed by the manager Prepare and Publish MIS reports Perform any other duties or tasks consistent with the level and position and as directed by the manager. The incumbent has no supervisory responsibilities Must be able to travel to other centres if required on official duties Executive Assistance: Coordinate / manage business travel conference / meeting bookings and accommodation for the Leadership Compile itineraries for corporate travel including the preparation of agenda\'s / briefing documents and background research required for meetings and appointments Skill Examples: Ability to quickly learn aspects of organization policies and processes Orientation towards team success and cooperation Orientation towards achievement of team and organizational goals Negotiation Skills Ability to adapt to different environments and situations as the need arises.
