Additional Comments:



o Experience managing vendors and/or working as part of a vendor management team is preferred. o Experience directly interacting with vendors / suppliers is preferred, both written communications and phone communications. o Experience with Peoplesoft purchasing module and raising purchase requests (PRs) is preferred. o Resource must focus their time on logging and managing through to resolve all vendor eSettlement / invoice / payment issues. This resource will be interacting directly with vendors and will need to work with Bills / Accounts Payable and eSettlement teams as needed to resolve issues. o Resource needs to work until 11 PM IST to work directly with US-based vendors to cover a portion of their business hours. o Resource must also support vendor SLA performance tracking - collecting performance data from business and/or vendors, updating vendor SLA performance scorecard, reaching out to the business and/or vendor to request corrective action plans (CAPs) for missed SLAs. o Resource will also support other Supplier Management work such as raising purchase requests, supporting collection of vendor onboarding materials, proactively viewing remaining vendor PO amounts and taking action, etc. o Strong experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred. o Resource should have Excellent communication and Reporting skills. o Resource should have strong focus on data quality and attention to detail. Should demonstrate ability to work efficiently in a demanding, team-oriented and fast-paced environment. o Healthcare background preferred, Understanding of healthcare & audit terminologies. o Experience with data analysis tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint. o Experience working with high-volume data, managing and analysing data in areas such as accounting, finance, business intelligence. o Good collaboration skills. o Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for numbers and accuracy. o 4-5 years of experience in IT Sector is preferred.
