Job Title: Fund Reporting Analyst

Overview of the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Fund Reporting Analyst

to manage the end-to-end production of reports and templates in a global asset management environment. This role requires a strong process mindset, the ability to work independently on Business-as-Usual (BAU) tasks, and a willingness to collaborate across business, technology, and external stakeholders.



You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of fund reports, maintaining documentation, supporting team KPIs and metrics, and contributing to system/process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

end-to-end production

of allocated reports and templates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery Implement and monitor

production controls

; escalate any exceptions in line with procedures Maintain

up-to-date documentation

for processes and procedures Support

reporting-related projects

and enhancements to systems or processes Develop strong working relationships with

business stakeholders

technology teams

, and

external data vendors

Assist with

technical queries

and help train and support

junior team members

Contribute to team

Management Information (MI)

and

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Provide regular updates to the

Team Leader

on tasks and issues Proactively

identify opportunities for process improvement

Must-Have Skills

Minimum

2 years of experience

in fund reporting, fund operations, or a related function Strong understanding of

fund structures

reporting requirements

Excellent

Microsoft Excel

and familiarity with
