Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a Computer-related field

Must-Have Skills:

SQL

(3-4+ years) - Strong proficiency in querying, profiling, and validating data

Python

(1-2+ years) - For data manipulation, scripting, and automation

ETL Tools

- Building and maintaining data pipelines

Airflow

- Workflow orchestration and scheduling

Data Visualization Tools

- Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Microsoft Excel

- Advanced spreadsheet operations and data analysis

Experience in

Roles & Responsibilities:

Independently mine and acquire data from various sources Reorganize/filter data to ensure consistency and readiness for analysis Perform statistical analysis and develop predictive models Create visual reports and dashboards for business decision-making Trace and debug data quality issues, run regression tests on live data Execute manual data checks against source systems as needed Collaborate with internal teams to establish business needs and provide analytical support Create and maintain documentation, ensure quality assurance in data imports Set and align personal performance goals (FAST goals), and participate in regular feedback cycles Use version control tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) for code management
