. In this role, you will support and enhance third-party risk management activities by ensuring suppliers and service providers meet Schroders' governance, compliance, and operational standards.
The role involves managing risk documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication, while also providing administrative and analytical support to senior management. You will play a vital part in maintaining a strong control environment, supporting audits and regulatory reviews, and ensuring supplier oversight processes run efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Oversight Support
Prepare and produce reports to meet
oversight and governance obligations

Support meetings, audits, and regulatory engagements through accurate documentation, including
minutes, actions, and follow-ups

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
internal procedures and compliance standards
related to third-party risk.
Support
Wealth Management operations
by maintaining accurate
Custodian and Transfer Agent data
in T24.
Contribute to
projects, system enhancements, and new initiatives
aligned with team and business objectives.
Risk Management
Assist in maintaining and updating
Risk Assessment
and
Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
in compliance with internal policies.
Prepare
risk checklists, reports, and dashboards
for management and regulatory reviews.
Maintain structured
third-party risk registers and databases
, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Identify potential risks and escalate concerns promptly to the line manager.
Stakeholder Communication
Monitor shared team mailboxes and ensure timely and professional responses to
internal and external queries

Track and report on
query volumes, response times, and resolution rates
to ensure service efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure
effective communication and risk awareness

Management Information & Reporting
Track and report the status of
risk assessments
and outstanding due diligence items.
Compile, analyze, and present
risk metrics and management information
to senior stakeholders.
Support the creation of
executive and regulatory reporting packs

Contribute to the development of
process improvements

Must-Have Skills
3+ years' experience
