Job Title: Agile Process Specialist / Software Engineer (Agile Practices)
Experience Range:
4 xe2x80x93 6 years

Role Proficiency:
Develops applications and participates in maintenance activities, reuses proven solutions, and contributes to research and development initiatives under the guidance of Product Engineer I.
Outcomes:
Understand and analyze product requirements and user stories.
Ensure test coverage and high code quality with thorough unit tests.
Troubleshoot development and production issues across environments.
Participate in code reviews and maintain adherence to best practices.
Execute test cases and support release documentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent delivery and support.
Measures of Outcomes:
100% adherence to coding standards and engineering processes.
Timely delivery as per project schedules and estimates.
Minimal technical issues and post-delivery defects.
Low non-compliance and defect rates.
On-time completion of mandatory certifications.
Outputs Expected:
Product Requirements:
Understand and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
Seek and incorporate feedback from architects/leads.
Product Design & Development:
Contribute to development and delivery within SLA.
Build POCs for new technologies.
Ensure code compliance with standards and quality metrics.
Support UAT and maintain 100% code coverage.
Product Testing & Sign Offs:
Review and execute test plans; resolve defects.
Assist in product documentation and training.
Address outstanding issues and contribute to sign-offs.
Project Management:
Regularly update leads on development status.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong understanding and practical implementation of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with Agile/Quality metrics, DevSecOps, Test Automation.
Proficiency in project metrics analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with Design, Construction, CI/CD processes.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, SonarQube.
Experience in process improvement, mentoring, and compliance.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Certification in SAFE Agilist, CSM, PSM.
Knowledge of industry standards: CMMi Dev V1.3, V2.0, SOC controls, ISO 9001/27001/27701.
Experience in SEPG forums, internal quality audits, or process forums.
Proficiency in Visio for process/workflow documentation.
Experience in delivering training and process enablement sessions.
Skills/Certifications (General Expectations):
Strong domain and industry knowledge.
Knowledge of software architecture, product functionality, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile & Waterfall).
Familiarity with quality assurance/automation processes.
UX design sensibilities and user-centric product development approach.
