About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fund Reporting & Data Operations Analyst to join our global reporting team. The role involves producing accurate fund and regulatory reports, performing control checks, and ensuring data integrity across multiple reporting systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting outputs, support automation initiatives, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly fund reporting outputs, including factsheets, regulatory reports, and management information (MI) reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform data validation and control checks, documenting exceptions and resolving discrepancies as per operational procedures.
• Maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and automated data feeds in alignment with reporting standards.
• Manage and respond to stakeholder queries related to reporting, data accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular status updates, KPIs, and performance metrics to Senior Analysts or Team Leads.
• Ensure compliance with reporting governance, operational procedures, and data quality standards across all deliverables.

Required Skills and Competencies

• 1-2 years of experience in Fund Reporting, Data Operations, Fund Administration, or related Financial Services roles.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Data Analysis).
• Familiarity with reporting platforms, data visualization tools, or automation systems is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and data quality awareness.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Effective written and verbal communication for collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and learning-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Exposure to Asset Management, Investment Reporting, or Fund Administration preferred.
