Role description

Manage IMDS submissions, validate supplier data, and ensure
compliance with IMDS, ELV, and material declaration standards
Knowledge on Global OEMs Substance Regulations. Overview of upcoming Environmental health and safety regulations Excellent oral and written communication skills




Knowledge on automotive components will be an

added advantage



Creation and analysis of material/Substance tree in IMDS accordance
to customers released Bill of Materials.
Chemical composition datasheets for automotive components and
systems data sheet preparation according to customer standards and

organization norms.
Responsible for validation of IMDS, ELV, Material composition
declaration
Timely and accurate resolution of queries from supplier and
customers.
Data quality checking of IMDS reported by our suppliers and
decision making of accepting or rejecting suppliers IMDS with respect to

GADSL and IMDS recommendations.
Work with engineering, Product Management, Purchasing etc. to
collecting necessary information
Any specific Substance of Concern (SoC) analysis for surveys
pertaining to Regional or Global Environmental requirements (REACH, ROHS,

ELV, Conflict minerals, etc.,)





Material datasheet review and SoC Analysis ;

Monitor the usage/application of chemicals in specific materials
