Role description




Role Overview





As an Analyst, you will be involved in:


Investigating and resolving Quality Control (QC) checks. Validating accounting data for accurate valuation and performance reporting. Liaising with upstream teams to ensure timely, accurate data flow. Supporting periodic (monthly) valuation and performance reports.

Key Responsibilities




Perform accounting control tasks such as:

+ Managing QC checks via Aladdin dashboards.
+ Ensuring timely and high-quality periodic valuation reporting.
Ensure timely query resolution and effective business control execution. Proactively review and improve operational systems, workflows, and automation. Escalate issues to Senior Analysts when necessary. Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying training and process needs.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor's degree

in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience

in financial operations, accounting, or reporting. Strong

analytical and problem-solving

skills. High

attention to detail

and data accuracy.

Excellent communication

skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

and Word. Ability to

prioritise tasks

and manage time effectively. Demonstrated ability to

work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

. Strong

team player

with a collaborative mindset. Willingness to

work APAC shift hours

and adapt to global team needs.

Good to Have Skills




Prior experience in the

Securities or Fund Management

industry. Familiarity with

Aladdin Accounting platform

or similar systems. Exposure to

valuation and performance reporting

. Experience with

data quality assurance

or control frameworks. Basic knowledge of

automation tools

or interest in process improvement. Understanding of

operational risk management

. Receptive to feedback and committed to

continuous learning

and development. Experience working with

global teams

or in a

cross-functional environment

.
