Job Title: Job Monitoring Production Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ETL Production Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have1 to 2 years of experience in managing and supporting ETL jobs in a production environment, with strong proficiency in SQL and Control-M. This role demands hands-on experience in incident management, monitoring tools, and collaboration across support and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for ETL batch jobs in production environments.
Monitor and manage job schedules using Control-M.
Troubleshoot ETL job failures and perform root cause analysis.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
Track and manage incidents using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
Participate in deployment activities and post-deployment validations.
Document recurring issues and build knowledge base articles.
Required Skills:
1-2 years of experience in ETL production support.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and debugging.
Hands-on experience with Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring.
Working knowledge of incident and problem management, preferably using Jira.
Good communication and coordination skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Informatica PowerCenter for ETL processes.
Knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk for integration scenarios.
Familiarity with ITIL processes.
Familiarity with Healthcare domain.
The team is expected to work in the night shifts and weekend shifts.
