Handle day-to-day activities without any follow-ups and maintain all necessary documentation.

Should be able to provide creative and Out of the Box ideas to develop compelling communication and marketing content.
Experience in running multi-channel campaigns.
Develop campaign strategies, messages, timelines, and KPIs.
Leverage modern marketing technologies such as AI-driven tools, automation platforms, analytics systems, and CRM solutions to improve marketing efficiency and outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
Manage and track leads using HubSpot, SharePoint, CRM and create all necessary reports.
Manage compensation plans and incentives for employees according to the policy of the program.
Understanding of finance and profit & loss data analysing capability. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
