Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback collection.
Help implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
Prepare HR reports and assist in HR analytics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR or related functions.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
