Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screening.
Coordinate pre-employment formalities, reference checks, and documentation.
Support smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
2. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital formats.
Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and ID cards.
Track and report attendance, leaves, and weekly offs.
3. Employee Engagement & Communication
Assist in organizing employee welfare activities, celebrations, and training programs.
Coordinate feedback collection and employee satisfaction surveys.
Circulate HR announcements and maintain notice board updates.
4. Payroll & Compliance Support
Collate and verify attendance inputs for payroll processing.
Ensure proper documentation for statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
5. Coordination & Support
Liaise with department heads for manpower requirements and HR-related matters.
Support grievance redressal processes by logging and escalating issues.
Assist in exit formalities and maintain attrition data.
