Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment process
including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and final hiring.
Prepare and manage
HR-related documentation
such as appointment letters, offer letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Oversee
attendance and leave management
systems and ensure timely updates.
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Organize and manage
company events, celebrations, and activities
.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies.
Support in handling
employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution
.
Collaborate with management in implementing HR strategies and policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in
recruitment and HR operations
.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
Immediate joiner preferred.
