2+ years of experience in HR general and recruitment activities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate employee onboarding processes, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data in HR systems.
Support the execution of employee exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and assist in grievance redressal.
Organize and coordinate internal and external training & development programs.
