HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate attendance records, assisting with payroll processing, handling employee queries related to PF and ESI, and providing general HR clerical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide clerical and administrative support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
Help organize and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Support the organization of training and development initiatives.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, leaves).
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement and wellness programs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Assistant
Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification:
MBA - HR, Any PG or UG Degree
