Talent acquisition - Will have to source candidates from job portals and schedule interviews with the tech team. Preparing JD in consultation with respective department heads. Conducting initial screening and HR interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Willing to travel to institutes/colleges to conduct placement drives
Employee engagement activities-Coming up with innovative solutions to control attrition and boost employee morale.
Employee Counseling - Handling day to day queries/grievances of employees
Social Media - Sourcing talent thru LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Handling company's career section, to respond to candidates applying through the company website.

Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
Capable of working both independently and in a team environment

Skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of typical business software applications such as spreadsheets, word processors, and presentation graphics.
