Responsible for the recruitment cycle-sourcing, screening, interviewing and on boarding process.
Sourcing and maintaining candidate's pipeline through job portal, referrals, networking and company website.
Conducting market analysis and industry mapping to enhance the recruiting process.
Facilitate employee on-boarding and coordinate for training initiatives.
Assist the payroll team in preparing employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
Schedule bank payments or hand out pay checks directly to employees
Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
Gather and analyze data for various HR Metrics.
Assist in drafting HR reports, MIS and data analysis for management review.
Maintain employee personal data in both digital and paper forms.
Help in conducting exit interviews and assisting in the smooth employee engagement process.
Collect daily, weekly or monthly time sheets.
Key Skills
Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Hands on exposure on any HRIS tool.
Knowledge of HR compliance & payroll.
Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
