Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination.
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll data for HR compliance.
Business Development (BD)
Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, and networking.
Reach out to potential clients to present company services and offerings.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client communication.
Follow up with leads and assist in closing deals.
Maintain and update the CRM with business opportunities and client information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or business development (internship experience counts).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities across departments.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
Preferred Skills
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed for sourcing and lead generation.
Knowledge of HR software or CRM tools is an added advantage.
Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and client interactions.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
