Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates effectively using
Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
HR Operations & Administration (30%)
Assist in payroll inputs and maintaining employee attendance records.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Handle HR documentation - appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HRIS data.
Coordinate with vendors and assist in day-to-day administrative operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Hands-on experience with
Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of payroll, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
