Job Description


We are looking for an individual to join our US Market Access Content Delivery Team in Bangalore. The position reports to the Director/Senior Director in the U.S. The full-time analyst position will analyze and support content pertaining to United States market access, supporting various project management activities. The analyst will be responsible for determining the appropriate techniques to transform data into actionable insights for our client base.About You \xe2\x80\x93 experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in pharmacy/life sciences/biotechnology is required.
At least 2 years in healthcare company analysis, market research, or US market access is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively in both written and spoken English
Interest in writing for business/professional audience
Excellent writing skills. Able to distill complex information and strategies cogently on short turnaround
Understanding of market access issues and market research processes
Solid understanding of US healthcare marketplace and government programs such as Medicaid, Medicare
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively in written and spoken English
Ability to work with other analysts, experience working on multiple projects under tight deadlines, and great attention to detail
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
SQL, Python, and Tableau skills a plusWhat will you be doing in this role?
The US Market Access Analyst role consists of two broad functions: 1) data analysis; 2) project management and execution. As part of the role, you will be
asked to develop and produce high-quality content for assigned market access projects as assigned, with weekly and monthly deadlines.
Review, prioritize, and analyze information gathered and data to produce in-depth qualitative analysis for decision-makers within the biopharmaceutical industries.
Understand the roles of payers, PBMs, pharmacies, Federal and local government insurers, employers, specialty pharmacies, insurance, and formulary dynamicsAbout the Team
