Today, Curie delivers this value through four key content pillars: Briefs, Games, Podcasts, and Newsletters.

What is this role about?
The Growth Associate is the operational backbone behind Curie's engagement. You'll work closely with the Growth Lead to bring users onto the platform and get them to return, powering Curie's acquisition, retention, and identity verification efforts.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the intersection of marketing operations, community engagement, and growth experimentation. You'll be responsible for driving traffic across content pillars, executing targeted campaigns, supporting funnel experiments, and ensuring growth initiatives are launched flawlessly and on time.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on making systems work, is eager to learn growth systems, and wants to build a career in product growth, or marketing in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.
What does your day look like?
Running targeted campaigns across email, in-app, and social to drive traffic to Curie's content pillars and new features
Managing campaigns end-to-end, from audience selection to A/B testing to launch, ensuring flawless execution
Supporting acquisition experiments with the Growth Lead, testing and scaling new channels to bring HCPs onto the platform
Tracking conversion rates through the acquisition funnel and flagging opportunities to improve sign-up and activation rates
Executing retention campaigns that bring existing users back to Curie Promoting high-impact Briefs, Games, and Podcasts in collaboration with the Content team to increase repeat visits
Supporting NPI capture, license verification, and progressive profiling workflows to onboard and verify users smoothly
What skills are we looking for?
0-2 years of experience in growth, marketing operations, community engagement, or related fields (internships count)
Strong operational discipline; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail
Data-curious: comfortable interpreting campaign performance metrics and identifying simple insights
Excellent written communication skills for internal coordination and external outreach
Collaborative and proactive; you like solving problems across functions (Growth, Tech, Community)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with shifting priorities
Interest in healthcare, media, or growth/product roles is a plus
