We are looking for a motivated

Associate Growth Marketing Manager

to join our client, a

. This is a high-ownership role where you'll drive user acquisition, run experiments, and scale growth at the intersection of

Responsibilities

Manage and scale digital acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms Optimize campaigns to improve RoAS and reduce CAC Build dashboards, reports, and insights for weekly growth reviews Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to create seamless acquisition journeys Run structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, and learnings

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing or digital acquisition Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, UAC Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus) Understanding of key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, RoAS, retention) Hustle mindset with bias for execution and results Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity
