We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, the ability to translate briefs into compelling visuals, and the agility to work in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for
social media posts, ads, banners, posters, reels thumbnails, and brand assets
Work closely with content, marketing, and performance teams to deliver campaign creatives
Convert briefs and ideas into visually engaging designs aligned with brand guidelines
Edit and optimize creatives for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.)
Manage multiple design tasks and meet tight deadlines
Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all design outputs
Support video editors with basic motion graphics (bonus skill)
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
(After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus)
Strong understanding of
layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for
digital marketing and social media platforms
Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly
Good time management and communication skills
A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Motion graphics or basic animation skills
Experience working with advertising agencies or performance marketing teams
Understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools
