Job description
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented candidates who can perform efficiently without compromising on accuracy. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of operational administration practices and regulations, along with strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide cross-functional operational support to various departments and projects as required.
Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as delegated.
Handle incoming calls and respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
Possess a solid understanding of technical systems and devices.
Draft, manage, and respond to professional correspondence via email.
Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and key stakeholders throughout the event planning process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Application (BCA)/ B. Com or its equivalent
Min. 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
Job Type: Full-time (day shift)
Location: Chandkheda, Ahmedabad
Salary: As per Interview Nd As per experience
Time: 10 AM - 06 PM
