AGM Project Cost Control is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on project costs to ensure financial control and alignment with the budget. This function is to support project delivery by providing cost to complete forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Making an impact. What will you do?



In this role you should have knowledge pertaining to Develop and maintain detailed project cost tracking (Budget vs actual and the variance)

Further, you will pull out SAP data and map the actual spend with the budget and talk to the project managers and estimate cost to complete

Additionally find the financial risk, discuss mitigation and monitor implementation

Moreover, you should analyze cost variances and inform the corrective actions to project team and concern stakeholders

Thereafter, you should have knowledge of Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to validate cost data and ensure accuracy

Furthermore, you will prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow projections, and financial dashboards

Additionally, you will support change management processes by evaluating cost impacts of scope changes

Also, you will ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements

Thereafter, you will participate in project reviews and ensure financial transparency and accountability



Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?



You are a BE / BTech / MBA from EPC (oil & gas, or infrastructure projects) Project Management background with overall experience more than ten (10+) years and minimum three to five (3-5) years of experience in cost control or financial analysis within project-based environments

Additionally, you have proficiency in cost control software (e.g., Primavera, SAP, MS Excel) and financial reporting
