Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager - Legal to join our Legal & Business Development team. The role involves managing end-to-end legal due diligence, property documentation, compliance, and contract management for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in land laws, RERA, litigation management, and property registration processes while providing proactive legal support to senior management in strategic and operational matters.

Advisory & Risk Management

Qualifications & Experience

? Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); Master's in Law (LL.M.) preferred.
? Minimum 10-15 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in real estate, property law, or construction industry.
? Strong knowledge of real estate laws, RERA, and property registration processes.
? Experience in litigation management and coordination with external counsel.
? Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
