Experience
o 12-15 years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical Utility Equipment's and Infra along with engineering project management, in a pharmaceutical company
o Hands on experience in leading & implementing capital projects in pharmaceutical company

o Able to manage meetings, take ownership of task, communicate right information, reaching to right solution.
o Good Engineering skills along with basic computer.
o Risk-taking capability and ready to learn new things by new challenges
o Good communication skills, both oral and written.

o Proactivity and innovative out of box thinking is a must.
o People management and ability to get work done in high pressure situations
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
o Good Knowledge of Design and Execution of formulation facilities of various dosage forms with proficiency on Utility Equipment's, piping, formulation facility infra and its integration with the Core Equipment's
o Keen knowledge about Formulation Utility Equipment's, Utility Piping, Clean Utilities, Infrastructure requirements.
o Basic HVAC requirements for pharma facilities
o Mechanical works like structural work, piping etc
o Knowledge of Tendering and procurement assistance
o Construction supervision & monitoring.
o Co-ordination with the Design Engg Firms and Construction Management Firms
o Monitoring and adhering to schedule and Budget of Projects
o Ability to generate high level Engineering deliverables as needed.
o Basic Knowledge and understanding of cGMP regulatory requirements for various pharmaceutical formulation product facilities
o Global experience (USA , UK, Europe) in execution of similar projects would be added advantage
o Experience working with project controls tools to manage cost and schedule.
o Works collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and wins support from co-workers.
o Ability to plan and supervise the development of technical deliverables.
