Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize domestic coal logistics operations
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities related to coal transportation, storage, and distribution
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all logistics operations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency
• Lead a team of professionals to achieve operational targets and deliver high-quality services
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted coal supply
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to logistics and ancillary services
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative solutions
• Contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the organization and participate in decision-making processes

Qualifications: Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

Certification Required

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of domestic coal logistics operations
• Proficiency in supply chain management principles and best practices
• Experience with logistics software and systems for tracking and monitoring
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in the Energy industry
• Financial acumen for budgeting and cost management
