xefxbbxbfRole Overview:The Development Assistant Asia will play a vital operations and coordination role in supporting EMpowers fundraising efforts across India, Hong Kong, and Singapore. This position supports donor stewardship, fundraising systems, finance and compliance administration, and event execution. It is ideal for early-career professionals looking to gain meaningful experience in international development and philanthropy.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage donor records and donation tracking using Salesforce.

xefxbbxbf3. Support budgeting, financial record-keeping, and audit documentation.
xefxbbxbf4. Liaise with vendors, banks, accountants, and regional stakeholders.
xefxbbxbf5. Draft donor communications, reports, and marketing materials.
xefxbbxbf6. Coordinate meeting logistics and support internal documentation processes.Requirements:1. 1-2 years of experience in office administration, fundraising, or nonprofit operations.
