Track and Trace team

US logistics operations

. The selected candidates will be responsible for tracking shipments, updating statuses, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track shipments for timely pick-up, transit, and delivery. Communicate with carriers, drivers, and dispatchers via phone and email. Update shipment statuses in the system in real-time. Handle exceptions, delays, and escalations efficiently. Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure accurate information flow. Maintain proper documentation of shipment details.

Pay: ₹10,397.25 - ₹28,000.00 per month
