Associate - Product & Customer Enablement
to work closely with leadership on customer-facing product initiatives. This role is designed for candidates with an
electrical engineering background
who want to step into a dynamic, business-impact role that blends product understanding, customer interaction, and go-to-market exposure.
You will operate at the center of early customer engagements--helping prepare demos, validate product readiness, support pilots, and translate real-world customer needs into actionable product insights. Working directly with the Founder, this role offers rare visibility into how products are positioned, sold, tested, and refined in a fast-growing technology company.
Core Responsibilities
Product Readiness & Validation
Assist in hands-on testing of product features to ensure they perform reliably in real-world deployment scenarios
Review workflows from a customer and utility-operator perspective to identify gaps, edge cases, and usability improvements
Capture structured feedback from testing cycles and support continuous product refinement
Customer Demos & Pre-Sales Support
Support leadership during customer demos, pilots, and solution walkthroughs
Prepare demo environments, scenarios, and configurations aligned to customer use cases
Help customize demo narratives based on customer context, especially within power, energy, and infrastructure domains
Demo Infrastructure & Data Ownership
Maintain and organize demo environments, test datasets, and access credentials
Ensure demo setups are accurate, repeatable, and tailored for different customer segments
Act as the go-to owner for demo readiness across internal teams
Customer Enablement & Early Success
Support onboarding of early customers and pilot users
Explain product behavior, data outputs, and workflows in a clear, customer-friendly manner
Assist with basic troubleshooting and usage guidance during early adoption phases
Capture customer insights and translate them into structured inputs for product and leadership teams
Founder's Office Engagement
Work directly with the Founder on customer conversations, pilots, and strategic initiatives
Support ad-hoc efforts related to partnerships, trials, and market entry activities
Gain exposure to decision-making across product, sales, and customer success
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have
Educational background in
Electrical Engineering
(B.E / B.Tech / Diploma or final-year students)
0-3 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome
Foundational understanding of electrical systems, power, energy, or instrumentation
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Good to Have
Exposure to energy utilities, power systems, EV infrastructure, or smart energy platforms
Internship, academic project, or field experience involving testing, deployments, or customer interaction
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments
