Job Description

The Accounts Payable team is an integral part of the Accounting and Reporting group of our Finance Operations function. The team supports end-to-end Payable operations in multiple countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas i.e., major activities include vendor creation, invoice processing & review, payment processing & review, and internal & external communication to a large extent.

This position will support the invoice processing, vendor creation, and payment audit of Europe and Asia-Pacific region.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

Processing of supplier invoices (Purchase Order & Non-Purchase Order) and payments in COUPA and SAP for all locations across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas.

Creating and updating the vendors in COUPA and SAP.

Supplier payment audit of various locations.

Communicating with the suppliers/employees to get the day-to-day queries resolved.

Manual payment input in multiple Bank portals.

Shared Mailbox management.

Supporting team objectives as and when required.

Support the Team lead in completing the daily deliverables.

Maintain high-level TAT and Accuracy consistently.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Experience candidate with B. Com / M. Com / MBA within Accounts Payable function at a shared service center.

Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.

Basic to Intermediate level knowledge of office tools e.g. MS Excel/MS Access.

Have a high level of data input accuracy and the ability of attention to detail.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

Be flexible to adapt to changes at a fast pace.

Take complete ownership of assigned activities.

Be a team player and help the team to meet critical deliverables.
