Implement the product plans and monitor the investment process.
Once investment is done, the same needs to be monitored on a regular basis with performance of the invested asset and goal attainment as the criterion, and a report given to the client.
To carry out regular re-balancing of the portfolio as and when required.
To sort out all the financial issues of the clients.
Job Specifications:
The job involves a capacity to go into intricate financial calculations and considerations using MS Excel and financial planning software, work against time and then meticulously follow client's goals over the years to make him reach the same. The job can be intriguing, demand utmost patience and client servicing of the highest order. A good understanding of personal taxation is also required since thus and MS Excel are generally seen as weak areas of freshers.
The candidates should be well aware of the domestic and international economic and current affairs from the perspective of managing clients' personal finance, be able to analyse financial data and situations, brief and conduct presentations for other team members on topics of personal finance. A fair understanding of behavioural finance is expected.
Good command over written English, fair command over spoken English, positive attitude towards client service, maturity and soft-spoken demeanour and keenness to learn-unlearn-relearn as also upgradation of own knowledge is extremely important for the job.
There is no sales or marketing functions associated with this position in our company.
Salary and Perks:

Rs 5 Lakh CTC for freshers, including the performance-based variable salary up to 20% of the fixed salary which comes in after completion of Probation (6 months).
